Returns

You have 4 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• It must be in its original packaging.

Once your return request is approved, the return process will be initiated within 1 business days. You will receive further instructions regarding pickup or shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.

The refund amount will be credited to your original method of payment within the standard processing time of your bank or payment provider.

If your return is approved, the refund will be initiated within 4 days. The refund amount will be credited to your original method of payment within the 5 Days.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Replacement

Replacement Should be raised within 24 hours and the replaced product will be delivered within 5-7 days.
